This is the second free beta release of a new 3D package. This version supports Apple's new QuickDraw 3D system. You can save and open files, cut and paste 3D images between compatible programs, and use a high quality shaded preview.
PatchDance is among the fastest and most powerful 3D modelers available on the PowerMac. It can be run in as little as 3MB (though performance suffers) and is capable of building virtually anything. It outperforms any Mac modeler costing less than $1000, and quite a few that cost more. All features are fully enabled: this is not a demo!
A complete (draft) Manual is provided in Adobe Acrobat format; it is also available in any format supported by MacWrite Pro. In addition, a new plug in for Adobe Illustrator (allowing our files to be imported directly) is nearly ready and will be provided upon request.
